Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey that was conducted on June 24, 2021, Christian Companion Senior Care, has corrected the deficiencies cited under Title 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H: Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an on-site state relicensure survey completed on April 8, 2021.
